Returns

We want you to love your order, in the event that you have changed your mind, we are happy to provide a store credit within 7 days of you receiving your item. Return shipping expense is payable by the customer.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund due to change of mind.

Prior to returning your item, please ensure the following:
- Item is as brand new/ unused/ unworn.
- Your return process is initiated and return item is posted back to us within 7 days of receiving your item.

- It is required that a tracking service is used, so that the item is fully traceable. Please inform us of the tracking details, as we will not be held responsible for lost packages.

Exchanges

The above conditions apply, and the shipping cost for the exchanged item is payable by the customer.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us so that we can rectify this for you as soon as possible.
